Porter/ Janitorial worker needed temporary

We are currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Porter/Janitorial Worker to support the cleanliness and upkeep of a multifamily apartment complex.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces

Remove trash from designated areas and assist with dumpster upkeep

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and power wash as needed

Assist with light groundskeeping duties (leaf blowing, picking up litter, etc.)

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Follow all property safety protocols and guidelines

Support maintenance or office staff with occasional tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in janitorial, porter, or custodial work preferred

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Must have reliable transportation
