What Youll Do:
*Serve delicious small plates and handcrafted drinks while guests unleash their creativity with guidance from our art instructors.
*Ensure every guest leaves with an amazing experience and a desire to come back.
*Become an expert on our menu and confidently share recommendations with guests.
*Accurately take and manage orders using the TouchBistro POS system.
*Follow alcohol awareness protocols, including checking IDs, monitoring guest intoxication, and managing situations responsibly.
*Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service in a lively setting.
*Adhere to food and beverage safety regulations.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a high-volume environment is required.
People Skills: Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Organization: Skilled at managing large groups of up to 50 guests.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette, health, and safety standards.
