We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support front desk operations for a dynamic office in Boulder, CO. This short-term opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a polished office environment, and is available to jump in and support a team right away!
Assignment Length: Approximately 34 weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday, standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and staff in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage mail, deliveries, and front desk organization
Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or scheduling
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to stay organized, punctual, and dependable
