- Forward all AI receptionist communication to the right personnel
- Assist with recruiting caregiver call and prospective client calls
- Maintain prospective client logs and reports
- Assist with missed clock in/out report and follow ups
- Assist Director of Client Relations with reports
- Assist the Gimbert/Carmen (owners) with duties as needed
- Assist HR manager as needed with on boarding processing of new Caregiver Candidates
- If CHHA certified, provide back up support whenever possible
- On- Call rotation
