Samaritans Purse is seeking a Housekeeper (Part-Time) at the hangar in Greensboro, NC. As a Housekeeper (Part-Time) you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Greensboro Mission Aviation Services buildings and offices. You will ensure cleaning tasks are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with ministry standards. Come and use your gifts daily to advance the Gospel!

This position will work around 24 hours/week. Work schedule will vary; may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with rotating days as workload demands

A day in the life of a Housekeeper (Part-Time):

In the role of Housekeeper (Part-Time) you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Clean buildings, offices and restrooms by sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing and caring for floors. Empty trash cans in aircraft hangar.
• Clean furniture, vacuum carpets and mats, windows, blinds, doors, refrigerators, microwaves, tables, sinks, toilets, light fixtures, and counter tops
• Assist with annual spring cleaning of all buildings.
• Dust baseboards, window sills, HVAC registers, cubicle cabinets and rails and wall hangings.
• Work with other staff to coordinate special assignments, completing tasks and duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
• Restock supplies and refill soap, paper towel and tissue dispensers.
• Empty sanitary receptacles and remove trash and recycle material from all buildings.
• Report any maintenance or safety items discovered during the course of scheduled work.
• All other duties as assigned
