Overview As a Busser at Matchbox, you will be an essential part of creating a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure efficient table turnover and a smooth dining experience. Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Assist in the cleaning and preparation of various dining areas and equipment. Refill supplies, such as napkins, utensils, and condiments, as needed. Support the team by providing assistance during busy periods or special events. Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests by engaging with them and addressing their needs. Qualifications Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written). Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays. Stand and walk for long shifts. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (e.g. bus tubs, trays). Bend, stoop, and reach frequently. Push/pull carts and trash bins. Work within a fast-paced environment.
