Responsible for ensuring all our guests are provided with superior service. Will assist in the identification, development and maintenance of VIP and potential VIP gaming customers with an emphasis in driving incremental trips, building business relationships and increasing revenue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:
- Ability to review and analyze customer gaming data and other necessary data to make complimentary decisions
- Responsible for communicating with VIP players through telemarketing, in-person and gaming floor contact, email correspondence and mailings to educate customers about available services, promotional opportunities and special events
- Manage the hotel occupancy to maximize revenue per rated room, including greeting expected arrivals and expediting room assignments
- Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, customer information and marketing programs
- Available to work an irregular work schedule to meet a variety of business demands and deadline requirements
- Identify and greet coded and potential coded VIP guests in table games pit and slot areas
- Convey terms and details of casino programs and explain qualifications and requirements to prospective gaming guests
- Able to resolve guest's problems/conflicts in a tactful manner so that both the guest and the casino are pleased with the outcome
- Attend on and off property promotions and events as a representative of Prairie Band Casino & Resort
- Assist other departments as business demands, as needed or as assigned
- Responsible for adhering to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year in gaming operations, outside sales, telemarketing, service/hospitality or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must enjoy being with people and have the ability to make each guest feel special
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in all basic Windows Software
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
- 2 years in gaming operations, outside sales, telemarketing, service/hospitality or equivalent combination of education and related experience
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to maneuver to all area of the casino, including in and around Pit areas, with reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel and grip items when necessary
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in areas containing high noise levels and secondary smoke
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
