Gettysburg College is seeking a skilled and dynamic Catering Server with bartending knowledge to work full-time in our Catering department. Hours for this position are generally 34 hours a week and are varied to include evenings, nights, and weekends.

The Catering Server performs the following functions:
- Prepare service lines in Atrium Dining and at catered functions, verify menus, and identify allergens for customers
- Deliver, set up, and break down catered events throughout campus and off-site locations
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including bartending for catered events
- Clean and sanitize serving lines and counters between services
- Act as a cashier, fill out transaction sheets, and record customer counts
- Provide food and beverage service across multiple campus venues and off-site locations
Position reports directly to the Catering Manager and indirectly to all other members of the Dining Service's leadership team.
