ersg 3.3 Offshore Steward Sign in to apply Texas Sign in to apply Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Steward to join our dynamic team! You will depart offshore to the vessel from Lafayette, Louisianna, on a 28 day on, 28 day off rotation. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas. Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or cooks. Ensure proper handling and storage of food items according to safety regulations. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently. Help set up and break down banquet events, ensuring all items are properly stored after use. Support catering operations by assisting with meal service during events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in catering, hotel, or restaurant settings is preferred. Basic cooking skills are a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to help others and take on various tasks as needed.
