Keep it clean. Make it shine.Let's be real - hospitals don't sparkle on their own. That's where YOU come in.

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Sr. ES Tech who knows how to make things spotless and keep a team motivated while doing it. If you're part coach, part cleaning pro, and 100% team player, you might just be exactly who we need.

This isn't just about mopping floors and dusting shelves - it's about leading with pride, keeping patients and staff safe, and setting the tone for excellence on every shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the point person on your shift - giving clear direction and positive energy to your housekeeping crew.

Train and mentor new team members (you'll help them become rock stars too).

Make sure cleaning tasks are done right, on time, and up to hospital-grade standards.

Keep an eye on safety, infection control, and overall cleanliness.

Roll up your sleeves and jump in when needed - you're not afraid to get your hands a little dirty.

Communicate with staff, patients, and visitors with a helpful and respectful attitude.

Know your cleaning gear like a pro: vacuums, floor machines, polishers - you can handle it all.

Read up on cleaning product labels and safety instructions to use them like a boss.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping (bonus if it's in a healthcare or institutional setting).

Confidence using floor machines, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment.

A strong understanding of how to safely use cleaning products on different surfaces (no scuff marks on your watch!).

Natural leadership vibes - people listen when you talk and follow your lead.

Great communication skills (English-speaking and reading abilities required).

Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and stay active for a full shift - you've got the stamina!

If driving is part of the job, you'll need to meet fleet safety requirements.

Bonus Points If You:

Have previous experience leading a small team or training others.

Genuinely enjoy coaching people and building a great work environment.

Take pride in seeing a space go from "ehh" to "AMAZING."

Why You'll Love This Role:

You're not stuck behind a desk - every day is active, impactful, and full of variety.

You'll help shape a team that feels more like a family.

Clean spaces save lives - your work really matters.

Leadership experience? Check. Career growth? Double check.

Ready to lead with pride and clean with purpose? Let's go! Apply today and help us shine bright - one shift at a time.
