Full-time Housekeeper/Nanny in Fisher Island, FL

Role: Full-time Housekeeper/Nanny Location: Fisher Island, FL Salary: $38 - $40 per hour Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Start Date: Late July to Early August 2025 Job Description: A private family residing on Fisher Island is seeking a warm, proactive, and team-oriented Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household team. This is a support role working alongside existing full-time nannies and the housekeeper, not a sole-charge position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both childcare and housekeeping duties and responsibilities and will enjoy working collaboratively in a fully staffed home. The family has 4 children, under 10 years old. There is always another nanny present during this shift; you will not be the only caregiver. Responsibilities: Assist in the care and supervision of four children, as directed by the nanny present Engage children in age-appropriate play, reading, and creative activities Support afternoon routines, including snack time, playtime, bath, and dinner prep Assist in transporting children around the island to tennis, the park, or occasional school pick-ups (via golf cart - driver's license is essential) Housekeeping duties as needed: tidying up play areas, children's laundry, and assisting the lead housekeeper with all tasks Maintain a clean and safe environment for the children Candidate Requirements: Prior experience working in a similar Housekeeper/Nanny role Positive, flexible, and team-player attitude Discreet and professional demeanor Comfortable driving a golf cart Legal to work in the U.S. Fluent in English How to Apply To apply for this role, please send your resume to ...
