Epic Golf Club is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Tee Times Concierge to join our growing Scottsdale team. This role focuses on creating exceptional golf and travel experiences for our members by coordinating reciprocal play opportunities through our exclusive member network . You'll help facilitate access to some of the most prestigious private clubs, ensuring every request is managed with precision, urgency, and care.

Experience Required

Qualifications

Familiarity with golf and private club culture

Ability to quickly learn and recall details of 1,000+ partner clubs

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Sharp attention to detail and memory recall

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency

Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to Epic members

Coordinate 150-200 reciprocal play requests per month, with no margin for error

Facilitate member-to-member tee time arrangements

Communicate clearly and professionally via email, SMS, and phone

Gather and verify all details of each request, including preferences and special requests

Organize and prioritize requests using internal systems and tools

Collaborate with the team to enhance and streamline processes

Ensure each member experience is smooth, thoughtful, and memorable
