We have an exciting opportunity for a Front-End Manager at a local ethnic restaurant. The right candidate for this position would need to have excellent customer service skills and restaurant experience. You would be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers.
+ Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
+ Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
+ Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
+ Monitor dining room cleanliness and ambiance.
+ Manage table seating flow.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in customer service or hospitality management.
+ Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
+ Knowledge of restaurant service protocols and etiquette.
+ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
+ $15.00/hour
+ Paid every Friday
+ Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available
