Receptionist & Guest Services Coordinator
Pay: $24.64/hour
Duration: 12 months with potential for extension
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 (On-site, 5 days/week)
Position Overview:
This role serves as the first point of contact at the companys headquarters, delivering a warm, professional, and engaging experience for all visitors and employees. The coordinator will manage the front desk operations, phone coverage for the main switchboard (not the call center), and provide support to guest services and facility teams. This position requires a service-minded individual with excellent communication skills and a polished, energetic presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all guests and employees with warmth and professionalism
Manage front desk inquiries, including transportation requests, luggage storage, and directions
Answer and route calls via the companys main switchboard
Address customer questions and concerns; document complaints using internal tracking systems
Issue guest passes and coordinate access with the Security team
Support the Facilities team by submitting and tracking service requests
Assist the Guest Services and Customer Relations teams with project-based work
Provide occasional facility tours for guests and VIPs
Escort guests throughout the facility as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personality
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
Customer service mindset with a polished and professional demeanor
Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with automotive industry or terminology
Experience supporting VIP or luxury brand environments
Additional Details:
Consistent daily on-site presence required
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Occasional early evening shifts may be required during key corporate events
