The Lunchroom is looking for full-time Servers to join our team at our new location at Plaza del Lago in Wilmette. This position will work mornings and days to employ fine dining service standards to enable our Lunchroom guests to be delighted by their dining experience. This role is an integral part of the FOH team and maintains a friendly, positive and professional attitude . We offer a small team where all team members contributions are valued.

Our ideal candidate will be organized and precise with an eye towards consistency and quality. Prior experience providing elevated and exceptional dining experience in a similar setting is a must. Our servers must be able to work as part of a team assisting other members of the FOH team to provide all guests with the very best service.

Our environment requires our team to be professional in appearance and polished to deliver exceptional output to the stores upscale clientele.

In our Gold Coast location downtown, The Lunchroom sits inside SPACE 519, a meticulously curated fashion and lifestyle destination recently featured in The New York Times . The Lunchroom, a 40-seat breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch restaurant with an all-day cafe, is winner of OpenTable Diners Choice, Chicago Magazines Hot List, and Modern Luxury Brunch Buzz. This concept will be entirely replicated at the much-anticipated historic redevelopment of Plaza del Lago.
