Summary:
As a Bus Person, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You ensure our restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming by promptly clearing and resetting tables, transporting used tableware, and keeping side stations fully stocked. Your attention to detail and efficiency keep service running smoothly, directly impacting the satisfaction of every guest who walks through our doors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and positively, anticipating their needs
Take and serve beverage orders according to service standards, using suggestive selling techniques
Be knowledgeable about menu items, hotel services, and local activities to assist guests
Pre-bus, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart
Transport tableware to and from the side station and ensure it is fully stocked
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, following Health Codes
Handle guest complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return
Complete required requisitions and transfer sheets
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience in a service-related role preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with a team during high volume periods
Effective communication skills required
Proven experience providing high level of guest service
At least 21 Years of Age
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Frequently push/pull up to 35 lbs.
