Prospect Heights craft cocktail bar seeks Friday night bartender...Candidates should have at least a basic familiarity with craft cocktail techniques such as jiggering, stirring, shaking, pouring muddling, etc...as well as a a solid working knowledge of classic and modern classic cocktails and all major spirit categories...We are not a batched cocktail bar, drinks are made by hand and are therefore labor intensive...This position is for those with a love of the craft...

In addition to Friday nights applicants should have some flexibility to cover for co-workers when out sick or need to switch shifts...We are a small staff and therefore wear many hats...Bartending applicants who also possess a solid server background a huge plus
