Overview
Join our welcoming front-desk team and help visitors begin their journey toward better health. As a Concierge Specialist, youll create a friendly first impression for walk-ins and scheduled guests, connecting them with the right teamsales, service, or care. You'll also assist with scheduling, support daily center operations, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Identify visitor needs and connect them with the appropriate team member
Use systems to check in visitors and track outcomes in real-time
Explain wait times, center services, and provide materials (e.g., event calendars)
Offer refreshments, manage the lobby, and provide updates to waiting guests
Answer phones, check voicemails, type emails, and confirm appointments
Manage center calendars and schedule visits using MS Outlook and web tools
Support walk-ins with scheduling or rescheduling options when needed
Prepare marketing materials, assist with events, and complete clerical tasks (mail, forms, supplies)
Provide tours and promote center events

Qualifications Required
Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
Proficient with MS Office, internet tools, and calendar management
Comfortable using iPads, laptops, and navigating online systems
Prior face-to-face customer service experience in industries like retail, hospitality, healthcare, or banking
Experience working with the public, especially seniors or older adults

Preferred
2+ years of professional experience (data entry, scheduling, or admin support)

Schedule Details
Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM EST
Shifts vary weekly and will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Shifts are assigned based on business needs (not selectable by employee)
No time off during training or Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
