Housekeeper (Night Shift)

An established ambulatory health services organization based in New York City has an immediate opening for a Night Shift Housekeeper for our Central Administration (Manhattan) location. Our health centers are staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Vacuuming, mopping, floor scrubbing, stripping, buffing and waxing floors
• Trash and biohazard waste removal
• Dusting, disinfecting of common areas
• Clearing of sidewalk, may include removal of snow

Qualifications:

• Two years’ housekeeping experience at a health center or hospital
• Experience stripping and waxing floors
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of biohazard waste removal a plus
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.
