About the Role:
As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the GM and ownership to execute high-quality dishes, train and guide staff, maintain kitchen standards, and help shape seasonal menus with creativity and precision.
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or lead line cook in a high-volume kitchen
Strong culinary skills and a love for scratch cooking
Leadership ability and a calm, confident presence on the line
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Passion for local ingredients and seasonal cooking
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
