THE JOB:

As a Service Bartender, you will be the life of the party, using your expertise in menu items, liquor brands, and non-alcoholic selections to craft exceptional drinks and unforgettable experiences for our guests! Your warm smile and attentive service will set the tone for a vibrant atmosphere, allowing you to connect with guests and create those cherished "WOW" memories that keep them coming back for more. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Make and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed

• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar

• Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and nonalcoholic selections available

• Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork

• Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending

• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Bartending Experience Preferred

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
