Hiring Bar Servers

The team behind Jos Modern Thai, The Peach, and our upcoming Asian-inspired neighborhood bar, Bar Susu, is hiring experienced Servers to join our growing front-of-house team.

Were looking for individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of pace to service. Youre someone who anticipates needs, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

What Youll Do:

Deliver smooth, attentive service with confidence and care while helping to maintain flow, energy, and high standards across the dining room.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Tables are greeted promptly and warmly
Orders are taken with accuracy and ease
Food and drinks are delivered efficiently and knowledgeably
Guests feel genuinely cared for and are excited to return
You stay organized and proactive, even when its busy
You support your teammates and help the floor move as one

What You Bring:

2 years serving experience in a fast-paced or full-service restaurant
A strong understanding of hospitality and service etiquette
Great communication, situational awareness, and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, positive, and composed under pressure
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
A natural sense of warmth, curiosity, and pride in what you do
