The Wolf's Tailor thrives on intention and strategy. We aim to build and improve local food systems through our focus on local and regional ingredient procurement. Highlights of TWT Culinary & Bar Program:
Seasonality of ingredients for our menus. Working with local farmers to create a cohesive bar menu to support and highlight local producers.
Fermentation-driven N/A and Mixed Beverage program. Working closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive menu for our guests.

- Create memorable experiences by providing paramount hospitality to guests
- Execute proper steps of service in accordance with service guidelines
- Demonstrate food, beverage, and wine-related knowledge while communicating with guests
- Work well in a team-focused environment
- Possess a collaborative spirit to work in alignment with our chefs, fermenters, and bar professionals
- Manage guest expectations and feedback
- Posses ability to pivot and showcase quick decision making skills
- 2 yrs+ of prior serving experience
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($18.29 - $20.00) plus tips
