The Wolf's Tailor of Id Est Hospitality Group is hiring servers!

Highlights of TWT Culinary & Bar Program:

  • Seasonality of ingredients for our menus. Working with local farmers to create a cohesive bar menu to support and highlight local producers.

  • Fermentation-driven N/A and Mixed Beverage program. Working closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive menu for our guests.

  • We take pride in holding ourselves to the highest standards to create an unforgettable experience for our guests and holding ourselves accountable to be the version of ourselves we can be.

Responsibilities of Servers:
  • Create memorable experiences by providing paramount hospitality to guests
  • Execute proper steps of service in accordance with service guidelines
  • Demonstrate food, beverage, and wine-related knowledge while communicating with guests
  • Work well in a team-focused environment
  • Possess a collaborative spirit to work in alignment with our chefs, fermenters, and bar professionals
  • Manage guest expectations and feedback
  • Posses ability to pivot and showcase quick decision making skills
The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:
  • 2 yrs+ of prior serving experience
  • Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
  • Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
  • Availability to work nights and weekends

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.29 - $20.00) plus tips
