The Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our front-of-house team as Bartender. This role requires a strong foundation in service and mixology, a natural sense of hospitality, and the ability to adapt between dining room and bar environments with ease. Whether guiding guests through our French-inspired menu or crafting cocktails with precision and flair, youll play a key role in shaping the LB experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless, guest-first service whether behind the bar or on the dining room floor

  • Make informed recommendations from our food, wine, and cocktail menus with enthusiasm and accuracy

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe and presentation standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas at all times

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions and cohesive service during shifts

  • Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service compliance standards

What Were Looking For

  • Prior experience in an upscale dining or bar environment

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and food pairing principles

  • Polished communication skills and professional presence

  • A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality

  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and work as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly base rate: $17.95 hour, depending on experience, plus tips
