What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes from our Sous and Executive Chefs
- Ensure every plate looks and tastes amazing—presentation and quality matter
- Finish and garnish dishes with precision and flair
- Practice safe food handling and knife skills
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready to go
- Sanitize surfaces and follow all Health Department guidelines
- Be a team player—pitch in wherever needed
- Bring your own kitchen tools (we know you’ve got a favorite knife)
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience (preferred but not required)
- Food Handlers Certification (required)
- Must be 21 or older
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to work in an environment with secondary smoke, loud noise, bright lights, and dust
