**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ Provides excellent, respectful customer service to a diverse customer base, in a medical setting
+ Prepare and serve food and beverages compliant with medically prescribed diet orders, including fluid, texture, electrolyte and nutrient restrictions in a medically vulnerable population or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination
+ Under general supervision, perform a variety of advanced Food Service Worker duties in preparing and serving food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination, and perform clean-up and sanitization activities for food equipment.
+ Perform advanced Food Service Worker duties to prepare and serve food and beverages for medically vulnerable populations, or with special attention to food allergens and cross-contamination.
+ Retrieval and processing of food and food preparation/serving equipment with adherence to healthcare-level infection and cross-contamination prevention protocols. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Possession of, or eligible to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card within two weeks of employment **AND**
+ One year of experience preparing and serving food and beverage **OR**
