Job Skills / Requirements

ESS Clean is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time Surgical Center Cleaner. This position offers flexibility, with a schedule of 2 to 4 hours per night (depending on customer needs), Monday through Friday, starting after 6 PM. The location is a modern surgery center in Southwest Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone who values cleanliness and precision, especially in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform terminal cleaning of operating rooms using approved methods and cleaning solutions
• Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces with a focus on preventing cross-contamination
• Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas within the surgical center
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
• Dispose of medical waste and manage recycling according to facility protocols

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in a healthcare cleaning environment or a strong desire to learn
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
• Understands the importance of maintaining a sterile and safe environment
