Custodian/Dock Helper - Portland Maine

We are seeking a Part-Time Custodian/Dock Helper to join our team and help maintain our state-of-the-art facility. Hours for this position are approximately 30-35 hours/week within the hours of 700am - 330pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours. New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour with a potential increase following a 90-day orientation period.

Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading of luggage from buses
• Light janitorial work
• Help with organizing and directing parking
• Ability to do moderately heavy lifting as necessary
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Strong work ethic, proven dependable work history
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
