YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are responsible for welcoming customers with a professional, friendly attitude, setting a positive tone for the entire rental experience.
- You lead the customer flow by directing guests to the appropriate stations, ensuring efficiency and minimizing wait times.
- You ensure premium service experiences by answering initial questions, helping with navigation inside the branch, and offering general assistance.
- You assist with line control and operational flow by coordinating with counter agents, vehicle prep teams, and management to keep service moving.
- You are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house presence and ensuring the customer area reflects SIXT's premium brand.
- You provide support during high-traffic periods, helping escalate urgent needs and reinforcing a seamless customer journey.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education & Experience You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Licenses & Authorization You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
- Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
