Our cooks prepare food for hospital patients, guests, employees, and catered functions according to standardized recipes and established policies and procedures. Cooks also clean dishes, food prep surfaces and the rest of the kitchen to ensure food safety guidelines are met.
Schedule
Casual work schedule | Paynesville Hospital
Various days and shifts | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Every third weekend | Rotating holidays as needed
Pay and benefits
Starting pay begins at $19.44 per hour and increases with experience
Pay range: $16.59 - $24.92 per hour
Earn extra pay for working weekend/holiday shifts

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
In lieu of post high school training, one year cooking or related experience in our hospital or similar institution, restaurant or catering production will be accepted
Food Safety Training accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP) required within 1 years - can be ServSafe or TAP Series
