**WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE?**
This position has the responsibility of spreading happiness and assisting in making sure that all aspects of the Aged & Cured Shop meet KKF standards by : 1) creating an exceptional guest experience, 2) maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, and 3) efficiently and accurately handling guest transactions.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: **
1. Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest.
2. Efficiently and effectively cut, bag, package, and wrap resale products in the assigned production areas.
3. Accurately weigh and label quantities of resale products in a timely manner.
4. Be proficient in the safe usage of knives, wire hand slicers, and piano wire hand slicers.
5. Assist in pricing and organizing back stock inventory.
6. Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
7. Monitor and assist with periodic merchandise inventories.
11. Keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly.
12. Adhere to all required food safety (hair restraints, wearing disposable gloves, etc.) requirements as directed.
13. All other related duties as required and assigned.
