**Job Description**
This position involves performing general maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, including trash removal, recycling, moving furniture, and boxes. The role also includes setting up rooms for special events and breaking them down afterward.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general maintenance of buildings.
+ Remove trash and recycle materials.
+ Move furniture and boxes as required.
+ Set up rooms for special events and break them down after events.
+ Assist with relocating offices.
+ Maintain cleanliness of offices and facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to handle materials safely.
+ Knowledge of safety procedures.
+ Strong customer service skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
+ Experience working outdoors in various elements and occasional indoor work.
