This position is responsible for making, prepping and delivering alcohol and non- alcohol beverages and cooking food. It also provides support in the food concession department at Treasure Aisle Flea Market by performing the following duties.
This is a part-time , weekend position (Saturday and Sunday) .

Duties:
- Follows all local and state health regulations.
- Prepares alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Checks customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Completes opening and closing duties.
- Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary
- Uses equipment correctly.
- Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
- Uses fryers, grills, stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
- Fills orders supplied by cashiers.
- Prepares food (e.g. fills nacho trays with chips, toasts bread, places hot dogs in buns, fills burritos, fills salad containers, fills cups with ice for beverages, cuts vegetables, fills condiments, and all other food).
- Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations.
- Follows all local and state health regulations.
- Completes opening and closing duties.
- Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary
- Uses equipment correctly.
- Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
