Roving Custodian
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable person for the position of Roving Custodian! The incumbent will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities include performing various cleaning and custodial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and window cleaning. Operating equipment like vacuums, buffers, and lawnmowers will also be required. Additionally, the successful candidate may assist with minor maintenance, such as touch-up painting and light repairs. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential. The schedule is 8 hours per day 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30 minute unpaid break Monday - Friday, 261 days/ year.
Requirements / Qualifications
The interviews for this position may run concurrently with the job posting. The position may be filled as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
The pre-employment requirements for this position include an FBI/DOJ clearance, TB assessment clearance, and a flexibility and strength test.
