  • Assist servers in ensuring tables are set with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our fine dining standards.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations during service.
  • Uphold our commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, following health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Display a genuine passion for hospitality, making each guest feel valued and welcomed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food runner/busser role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of table setup and clearing are executed flawlessly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with guests and team members.
