* Small 2-bedroom Airbnb just north of the Bronx (Mount Vernon, NY)
* Turnovers 1-3 times per week, usually between **11 AM 3 PM** (exact days vary)
* Laundry room in the basement no trips to a laundromat

### What Youll Do Each Turnover

- General clean: sweep/vacuum, mop, dust, wipe all surfaces & high-touch points
- Bedrooms: strip beds, put fresh linens on (sets provided)
- Kitchen & bath: sanitize counters, fixtures, appliances; restock basics
- Appliance check: make sure fridge, stove, microwave, A/C & TV are working
- Laundry: start dirty linens/towels in the onsite washer before you leave
- Report & record: note any damage or missing items from last guest
- Quick video walk-through: 1-2 minute phone video showing each room; text or email it to me immediately after the clean

- Own smartphone capable of recording & sending video
- Eye for detail, reliable & punctual (late check-ins hurt ratings!)
- Able to lift up to \~10 lbs (laundry basket) & navigate basement stairs
