Ambli Kitchen & Bar is building our Weekday Lunch and Evening Weekend business and we need staff that really understand Customer Retention and the finer steps of service such as Teamwork, Table Maintenance, Cleaning and attention to detail. The menu is not just burgers and fries; it is a globally inspired menu and we need staff that can comprehend the menu and upsell both our Food and Cocktails. Our Cocktails are made with Fresh juice, juiced in house.
Ambli is not for everyone it requires hard work, dedication to the Brand and a genuine love for Guest Service. If you are not willing to put in the time and effort to learn our Brand, this will not be for you.
We are looking to hire IMMEDITATELY! This is a full time 38-40 hours/week. Hours will range depending on business needs. Business is open Mon-Thur 10:30am-7; Fri 11:30 - 9:30 and Sat 4-9:30 (Closed on Sundays) and this position will work 5 shifts (Fri & Sat a must) and have 2 days off per week.
There will be a minimum of 60 hours (1.5 weeks) of paid training and a Food exam. The exam must be passed in order to start taking tables. Ambli does tip pool and the pay is extremely competitive. After Training is completed the average hourly pay ranges from $30-$40/hr (this is a combination of Tipped minimum wage and tips from the Pool)
Responsibilities will include daily set up, cleaning and organizing, working the Door as needed, Serving (daytime and weekend evenings) and learning how to make and serve lunch cocktails.
