Job Description
Floor Care Crew Leaders are responsible for completing daily floor care tasks and supporting the training and development of Floor Care Technicians. Ensures adherence to safety procedures and maintenance standards and provides operational support to uphold facility appearance and cleanliness.

Your Typical Day:
+ Assign daily floor care tasks, including buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and shampooing.
+ Inspect building floors regularly and report findings for scheduling purposes.
+ Ensure all floor care practices follow established protocols (e.g., dust mopping, sweeping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, stripping).
+ Ensure safe and proper use of floor care equipment by all team members.
+ Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of equipment and their locations.
+ Monitor and maintain inventory of floor care products and supplies.
+ Perform basic maintenance and servicing of floor care equipment.
+ Conduct routine maintenance on assigned vehicles.
+ Provide hands-on training to enhance the skills, efficiency, and techniques of team members.
+ Secure the facility at the end of shift, turn off lights, and submit daily inspection reports.
+ Report any equipment or vehicle malfunctions immediately
+ Support the organizations goals by completing additional related assignments as needed.
What Youll Need:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 2 years of floor care experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
+ Supervisory experience preferred.
+ Must meet all required government security clearance requirements.
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Flexible availability, including the potential for call-ins.
+ Strong organizational and scheduling skills
+ Effective verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated expertise in floor care techniques and tools.
+ Proficient in the use of floor care equipment, including high-speed buffers, extractors, wet vacs, pressure washers, and auto scrubbers.
+ Valid Georgia Drivers License required.
+ Frequent walking, standing, stooping, reaching, climbing, crawling, bending, and lifting.
+ Ability to perform continuous physical tasks throughout the assigned shift.
+ Occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
+ Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and productive manner.
