Position Overview
The ideal candidate will bring both technical bartending skills and a warm, service-focused presence to the role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an upscale, high-volume restaurant alongside a dedicated team and a leadership group committed to your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft all cocktails to Il Giglio's quality standards for both dining room and bar guests
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service throughout each guests experience
- Manage service bar duties and assist with floor service as needed
- Maintain deep knowledge of all food, wine, and spirits to guide guests and elevate their dining journey
- Foster guest relationships and contribute to building a loyal clientele
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety protocols throughout the restaurant
Requirements
- Availability for both lunch and dinner shifts
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional demeanor with a warm, engaging, and team-oriented attitude
- Significant bartending experience with a strong command of cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Genuine passion for hospitality, mixology, and guest satisfaction
- Physical ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and move efficiently
- Flexible schedule and open availability to accommodate business demands
