Job Duties:
Snow removal, grounds maintenance, litter cleanup, and other duties as assigned related to facilities maintenance, such as clearing leaves, snow, or debris using hand tools or power equipment including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and snow/leaf blowers. Irrigation system winterization and activation. Potential for fall and spring leaf clean-up, dormant pruning, perennial planting, leaf removal and landscape bed mulching. Tree and bush pruning. De-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for various residential, municipal and commercial properties, using hand tools such as snow brooms and shovels, and spreading deicing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt. May also use a walk behind electric or gas snow blower, as needed. May drive crew vehicles as needed.

No education or experience required.
Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license or be able to obtain driver's license in the U.S. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. OT, Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be able to perform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in all weather conditions, including cold, snow, heat, and rain. Must be 18 or older.
Terms and conditions of employment:
$19.89/hour, 35 hours/week, Overtime available at $29.84 per hour. Mon-Fri, 8:00AM-5:00PM. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Work hours may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during emergencies and winter storm conditions. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employees will be paid bi-weekly on Friday. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. On the job training available. Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers will travel from the worksite address to commercial and private properties throughout

to perform services. Workers will be transported to daily worksite to client properties and will be transported back to the worksite at the end of the work day.
Employer will make all deductions required by law and no others without written consent from worker. The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions. Potential elective deductions to be pre-authorized in writing if applicable are as follows: If requested, employer helps non-local workers secure optional worker-paid lodging. Employer deducts reasonable fair market value cost of rent/utilities based on number of occupants for workers electing to reside in employer-provided housing (cost TBD). Housing related expenses may also be paid directly to facility owner/operator and not payroll deducted. No daily transportation to/from workers' home and primary worksite.
The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for a l visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the US or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
