R.O. Janitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Janitor to join our team as an R.O. (Responsible Owner) Janitor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Good physical health and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with colleagues and visitors.
