- Present warm and gracious, positive and professional demeanor
- Detail station according to standard
- Able to anticipate and respond to all guest needs and requests in a
timely manner
- Minimum 2+ years serving experience desired, however will train the
right candidate
- Ability to perform necessary job tasks during early morning hours
- Must be willing to become TIPS certified

- Knowledge of Breakfast and Lunch menu items.
- Knowledge of Specialty Coffee drinks with the ability to prepare.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS System.
- Alcohol training certified.
- Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology.
- Some knowledge of state liquor laws.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with co-workers
and patrons in an English speaking environment
