The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks 2 hours per day 5 days a week. Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors. Assist in industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold service quality and efficiency. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitation in hospitality settings. Provide exceptional service to guests while respecting their privacy and preferences. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
