Facility Cleaner
Sarasota, FL | On-site | Full-time | Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
CCG is currently looking for a Facility Cleaner to join our Facilities team in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing a variety of janitorial duties across office, production, and shared spaces.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A FACILITY CLEANER:
Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, production areas, restrooms, and shared facilities.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across assigned areas, daily.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies, as needed.
Dust office furniture, baseboards, and common surfaces.
Clean and maintain breakroom and kitchen areas for employees use, daily.
Remove trash from offices and shared spaces and dispose of it appropriately. daily.
Conduct regular deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 1 year of consecutive work experience is preferred; janitorial or building maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work on your feet, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.
