Lucille is looking to add to their team with a full time Door/Barback!

We are looking for a new member to join our ever growinganization for Door/Barback at Lucille. We are is a unique blend of craft cocktails and volume bartending. An intimate bar atmosp with a beautiful patio and the capability to turn fast pace at any given hour of the day. The Wheel excels at providing a weing experience for their everyday regulars, as well as servicing those exciting happy hours,

Door/Barback position duties include:

Greet guests at the door, and ensure they are over 21 years of age.

Operate with the front of house team to promote professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Assist bartenders in keeping areas stocked, as well as ensuring proper sanitation procedures throughout the venue as the shift progresses.

Assisting Barbacks with keeping all areas clean and tidy

Regular end of night duties such as proper closing procedures, sanitation upkeep, overall venue needs.

Door/Barback Requirements:

TABC / Food Handlers certified

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Problem solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays

Strong attention to detail andanizational abilities
