The candidate would be responsible for supporting daily operations by managing customer communications and assisting with order processing. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and accurate responses to inquiries, and by ensuring daily customer orders are printed and organized for fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, effective time management, and strong written communication skills, and good computer skills. Primary Responsibilities: Print daily customer orders and prepare order documentation for the fulfillment team. Monitor and respond to incoming customer emails in a timely and courteous manner. Address order-related inquiries, such as shipping status, product availability, and general questions. Escalate complex issues or complaints to appropriate team members or management. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and order processing activity. Assist with updating order information or making minor edits when needed. Collaborate with the warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure order accuracy and timeliness. Provide general support to the customer service or operations team as assigned.
