Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper and guest services agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by assisting with guest needs, services, check in, reservation, setup of guest activities, guest communication, food prep and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently

- Ensure the retreat maintains a serene and welcoming atmosphere

Ensure and personally care for 5 star guest experience and high levels of guest experience and reviews

Ability to multi task, be able to cover a multitude of situations as they arise

Dedication, hard work

- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

- Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests promptly and professionally

- Follow established hotel procedures for cleaning and room preparation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of guest services principles and customer satisfaction

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Familiarity with front desk operations or night audit is advantageous

- Basic knowledge of phone systems used in hospitality settings

- Background in hospitality management would be beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
