The Greenwich, a fun & stylish Italian restaurant located in Denver's RiNo neighborhood, is looking to hire for two positions:

1) An experienced part-time server to join our team (i.e. 3-4 shifts per week)

2) A hard-working food runner to work Friday and Saturday nights (experience preferred, but not required)

Desired Server Qualifications Include:

A minimum two years experience in an upscale casual restaurant

The ability and willingness to HUSTLE!

Foundational wine knowledge, including basic varietals, regions, and wine vocabulary (i.e. tannins, acid, body, balance) -- (WSET certifications a plus!)

A strong work ethic and team-oriented approach to service

An attitude that says "t's nothing that's not my job" with a willingness to pitch in wver help is needed

Openness to coaching and feedback

Knowledge of ingredients, food preparations, and an ability to translate/explain various dishes to guests

Professionalism, kindness, and an upbeat nature

Open availability on Fridays and Saturdays
