Serving experience is required. We want someone that takes pride in ensuring guests' expectations are met and exceeded as Buttermilk and Bourbon is a unique restaurant with high expectations of food, cocktails and service. Our ideal server will be a dynamic ambassador. We expect you to be comfortable taking orders, presenting offerings, pre-busing, and busing tables. We value an individual who can multi-task and stay focused. Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and you must be sure not to neglect the needs of guests, colleagues, and the restaurant. We are looking for an excellent communicator, an active listener, and someone with a friendly demeanor as guest experience and service is top priority. Personal hygiene and the cleanliness of our restaurant are priorities that we enforce.
