Milton's American Trattoria is hiring experienced Bartenders for a fast-paced, full-service cocktail bar. Milton's bar offers the restaurant's full food & beverage menu, so we re looking for professionals who can manage both cocktail and wine service as well as provideplete dining experiences.

What You ll Do:
Craft classic and house cocktails with consistency and care
Provide full-service dining at the bar, including taking food orders and managing guest checks
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, andanized bar throughout service
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team ensuring a seamless guest experience
Offer knowledgeable rmendations on both food and drinks
to create a fun, lively atmosp for bar guests and regulars
What We're Looking For:
Bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or similar setting
Experience serving full menus at the bar, including timing courses and managing tabs
Strong cocktail, beverage, and/or wine knowledge
Someone who is professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely guest-focused
Someone whomunicates clearly and understands the value of working as a team
About: Milton's is an Italian-American trattoria from Local Foods Group in the heart of Houston's Rice Village. Reflecting back to the golden age of gathering, the intimate restaurant offers a beautiful, approachable setting w people of all ages cane together to meet old friends and make new ones. Led by Executive Chef Kent Domas in tandem with Culinary and Creative Director Seth Siegel-Gardner (formerly of Pass & Provisions), Milton's menu is filled with dishes that honor tradition and evoke nostalgia alongside classics with modern touches. Like any Local Foods Group establishment, quality, locally sourced ingredients are central to the menu.
